At the hub of the Vernis and Pointe du Diable sites in Brest, the Brest-Iroise Technology Park is an economic development tool serving the Brest region and oriented towards technology transfer and the development of research.

The main focus of the Brest-Iroise Technology Park team is to encourage, in all its forms, the synergies between the academic community and the business world in order to:

develop and reinforce the region's assets,
develop innovative business ventures,
promote technological, scientific and industrial advantages.

Three themes lie at the heart of this activity:

development,
consolidation,
setting the pace.

the quimper cornouaille technology park
In parallel to its goals of supporting the SME sector and monitoring technology, the Technology park in Quimper wished to focus on:

food-processing and creation of a portal site : www.iaa-cornouaille.net
packaging with BREIZPACK (www.breizpack.net) : a network of packaging material manufacturers in Brittany whose objective is to develop the Breton packaging industry through innovation and the sharing of technology, adding value to local products
Research and Development with the creation of a work group made up of Cornouaille researchers to give impetus to public and private research structures in South Finistère.
